LoKey Design and Place Value Pottery are partnering up for a very special 2 part Ceramic Pot Making + Succulent Planting Class at Wellspent Brewing Company in Midtown St. Louis!

This is a 2 part class - must be able to attend both dates!

Part 1: Thursday, April 4 6-7pm | Ceramic Pot Making

Part 2: Thursday, April 25 6-7pm | Succulent Planting in your finished Pot

Class Details:

Cost: $65 ($71.29 with tax)

Part 1: Thursday, April 4 6-7pm | Ceramic Pot Making with Malaika of Place Value Pottery

In part one of the series, Malaika will take you through the basics of forming clay vessels by hand. You’ll learn a bit about the art and science behind ceramics while creating your own beautiful pot.

At the end of the class, you’ll select a glaze color and send off your pot with Malaika, who will fire and glaze in time for part 2 of the series.

Part 2: Thursday, April 25 6-7pm | Succulent Planting in your finished Pot with Laura of LoKey Designs

In part 2 of the series, you will be reunited with your handmade pot, which will be ready to plant!

Laura will take you through, step by step starting with how to choose the right succulent for you.

She will show you how to handle and properly plant your selected succulent in your new pot, decorate with natural materials and finally take you through how to water your arrangement.

Succulent arrangements are low maintenance and easy to care for. They are perfect to put around the house, the office or give as a gift! Best part, your arrangement will be 1 of a kind and hand crafted, start to finish!
